Speak Up

A 6 day course for children, young people and adults with a learning disability, or autism, or both to develop confidence and skills to speak up for themselves.

We uses arts, games, drama and multimedia to explore who we are, what matters to us and how we can speak up about what is important in our lives.

Participants learn about independence, disability equality, recognising and managing our emotions, identity and advocacy.
