Pauline leads our work on Personalisation and person centred skills and approaches, across our adult, older peoples and children’s programmes. Pauline has many years experience across the statutory and voluntary sector at senior levels assisting people with autism, forensic needs as well as people and children with disabilities to get the support that is right for them.
Since qualifying as a social worker in children’s services more than 40 years ago Pauline has worked directly, consulted and trained widely in person centred thinking, planning and approaches. She is a practitioner in family therapy, an accredited trainer in Map and Path, ELP and Inclusion, Training the Trainers, is an Action Learning Set practitioner linked to the Manchester Business School .
Pauline is a qualified leadership executive coach. Including coaching individuals, groups and organisations to develop their learning and action planning using a process of enquiry. Her approach is supportive and reflective providing the people and organisations she assists the opportunity to figure out what they want and were they want to be.
Pauline is a member of The association for coaches.
Pauline is a qualified self compassion - resilience and wellbeing coach. Her interest in self compassion for women is of great value in her work. Providing self compassion workshops and retreats.
When not working Pauline loves nothing more than walking her dogs, cooking for her family, holidaying in Cornwall and doesn’t sail anywhere near as often as she would like.
