Register for Training

Pathways Associates CIC are a small, not-for-profit organisation based in the North West. All our training is coproduced and is mostly co-delivered with people with lived experience, mapped against the frameworks for Learning Disability and Autism and underpinned by the Social Model of Disability and Human Rights.

We are an approved training provider with Crown Commercial Services and the Learning and Training DPS RM6219. We are also an approved provider for Tier 1 and Tier 2 – training the workforce and train the trainer – for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.

Pathways facilitates the delivery of the North West Training and Development Team programme of work funded by Pan Lancs and South Cumbria and Greater Manchester ICS and NWADASS in Cheshire and Merseyside.

We also facilitate the Greater Manchester Training Partnership which is a unique not for profit consortium operating as a social enterprise by reinvesting and pooling finances to support the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care community.

We are committed to working in partnership with commissioners, providers, individuals and their families to achieve the aspirations of transforming health and social care for everyone.

Our mission is to deliver information, training and support to providers of services, so they are better able to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism or both.
